Terms and Conditions of Use

BY PURCHASING AN ITEM FROM OUR SHOP, YOU AGREE TO THE FOLLOWING TERMS OF SALE: (According to Art. 2, paragraph 1, letter OO of Presidential Decree No. 696 of 21.12.1996, mail-order sales are not subject to the obligation to issue an invoice or receipt. If you are a registered customer with a VAT number, an invoice will be generated automatically. As of 01/01/2019, according to Budget Law 2018 No. 205 of 27/12/2017, only electronic invoices can be issued/received; it is therefore MANDATORY to provide the following data during registration: company name, VAT number, PEC address, and most importantly your UNIQUE SDI RECIPIENT CODE.

Damaged parcels: Upon receiving the parcel, please carefully check that the seals are intact and have not been cut and/or tampered with, and that the parcel is not clearly damaged, opened and/or altered. Otherwise, it is likely the parcel was opened during transit and its contents stolen. In case of courier delivery, you may accept a damaged parcel, but you must write "ACCEPTED WITH RESERVATION" when signing the delivery slip. Only under this condition can a claim be made to the courier for missing or damaged goods. If you accept an insured parcel without this note, you waive any right to file a claim. We therefore insist: always check the integrity of the parcel before accepting it!

Warranty: All spare parts sold are covered by a 3-month warranty from the MANUFACTURER, if available. In all other cases, the warranty is directly provided by EL-Hope s.r.l. Even second-hand or refurbished smartphones and tablets have a limited 3-month warranty. As a general rule – without commitment – the manufacturer's warranty applies to well-known brands (e.g. Epson, Philips, Samsung), and you must contact their national customer support. Depending on the manufacturer, an on-site replacement may be available. If the warranty is covered by EL-Hope s.r.l., defective products may be returned, upon authorisation, for replacement. Return shipping costs are at the sender’s expense. SALES DOCUMENTS: An invoice is only issued upon explicit request from the customer, to be submitted during the order via the "Add a message to the seller" option. All information necessary for issuing the invoice must be provided. For administrative reasons, no invoice will be issued after the purchase date. Without a specific request, a sales receipt will be included with the order.

Returns: Returns are accepted after verifying that the products have not been altered, glued or modified in any way. It is therefore mandatory to test parts (e.g. screens) before mounting or gluing them. We decline all responsibility for assembly errors by the buyer. The right of withdrawal may be exercised in accordance with Directive 85/577/EEC within 14 days of receipt of the goods, by registered letter or tracked mail. To receive an exchange or refund, the item must be returned at your expense via traceable shipping and in its original perfect condition. RETURNS ARE ONLY ACCEPTED IN THE ORIGINAL SHIPPING CONDITION. THEREFORE, TEST PRODUCTS BEFORE INSTALLATION AND DO NOT REMOVE PROTECTIVE FILMS. IN CASE OF PURCHASE ERROR, RETURN SHIPPING COSTS ARE BORNE BY THE BUYER. ONCE THE GOODS HAVE BEEN RECEIVED AND VERIFIED, THE REFUND OF THE ITEM PRICE (EXCLUDING SHIPPING COSTS) WILL BE ISSUED WITHIN 14 DAYS, IN ACCORDANCE WITH CONSUMER RIGHTS DIRECTIVE 2011/83/EU.
